Andrew Barnes

We had our third teaching time for our WE ARE... series a couple of nights ago, and if you could not make it we missed you for sure. WE ARE...AMBASSADORS. This is one of those great notions to who we are as Christians. We have this awesome opportunity to be the representatives and messengers for Jesus. What an awesome opportunity.

Scripture: Join me today by taking some time out of your busy day to get away and read through Romans 1.

Observation: There is so much goodness here. Little nuggets of gold that are right there for us to see, grasp, and know. What is Paul telling the Romans? Have we noticed what he says to us in v.16-17? Take some time to think through these 4 questions: hat is the primary meaning of this passage? What does this passage teach us about who God is? What does the passage teach us about who we are? What does this passage teach us about what God has done?

Application: We can ponder a lot here. There is so much that we can put forth to our lives. Are we truly living lives for Jesus? Are we representing him well? Focus on making it personal. What does this passage mean for you at this specific moment in your life?

Pray: Pray today. Pray not just at lunch and dinner, but pray throughout the day. Pray for everything. Have a heart that is praying without ceasing.
