QUESTION:  How can I download the sermon to my computer?

If you right click on the Listen icon, you will get a menu that will have the option of Save Target As.   Click on this option and you will be prompted to choose a location on your computer.  Be sure to pay attention as to where you save the file so that it will be easy to find later.

QUESTION:  How do I view the sermon notes?

When you click on the Notes icon, you will be prompted to choose a location on your computer to save the file.  Make note of where you save the file.

Find the sermon Power Point and double click it.  If you have Microsoft Power Point installed on your computer, you should see a Slide Show option on the Toolbar at the top of the page.  When you click on that option you will see View Show.  Click on this and you will be taken to the first slide.  Press the spacebar to advance each slide.

Note:  If you open the Power Point from the web instead of downloading it to your computer, you can advance the animation and slides by clicking your mouse.

QUESTION:  I don’t have Microsoft Power Point.  How can I view the notes?

If you do not have Microsoft Power Point installed on your computer, click here to download the Microsoft Power Point 2003 Viewer.  After downloading the file, double click on it to install.  After the installation is complete, you can either download the sermon notes, or open them from the website.  You can advance the slides by either pressing the spacebar, or clicking your mouse.

QUESTION:  How can I listen to the sermon and view the notes at the same time?

Download the sermon Power Point based on the previous instructions and get it ready for viewing.  Minimize the Power Point and click on the Listen icon on the website.  The audio file should open in a new window.  Please make sure your volume is turned up to your comfort level.  Minimize the audio file window, then maximize the Power Point.

Hopefully by this time, the audio file has already begun playing.  If the audio has gotten ahead of you, you can always maximize the audio file, and move the slider control back to the beginning. If you are using the Power Point Viewer, you will not be able to minimize it.  If that is the case, you would need to start the audio first, then open the Power Point.

If you wish, you can download both files to your computer before viewing and listening.

QUESTION: When I click on the Notes icon, nothing happens. Why?

When this happens, there will not be a Power Point associated with the sermon. Sometimes when we have guest speakers, we are not provided one.

QUESTION: Can the rotating pictures on the home page be paused in order to read or look at something?

Yes….just place the mouse cursor over the picture you want paused. When you are done, simply move the cursor off the picture.
