Students must have completed grade 6 by June 2025 to attend Beach Week.

Beach Week is $500 per student this year.

May 25 is the deadline to register of Beach Week.

Yes! We have a limited amount of spots for Beach Week this year because we switch housing. There are only a certain amount of beds and we can not add more once spots have been filled.

We will have a waitlist and if someone drops out from the trip we will contact you to take their place!

Yes, We will have adult leaders over each small group and in each cabin.

Yes, make sure to add this detail within your registration and we will be sure to room them with you.

We make sure to provide any needs that students having during the trip. Please make sure to put the food allergies that we need to be aware of during registration and we will plan accordingly.

All medications MUST be turned in to the nurse before leaving for Beach Week. We will have a form for you to fill out during the parent meeting closer to Beach Week to know when and what your student needs throughout the week.

We will have two charter buses driving us to Myrtle Beach for the week.
