The Growing Deeper Spiritual Awakening/Revival Conference with Dr. John Avant was inspiring and helped us grow. The Lord spoke to many of you at the conference. Thank you for sharing with Lori and me how the Lord helped you and challenged you. I keep praying that the Lord will keep waking up our hearts and working in our lives, our church, and our community. Please join me in prayer, because God still wants to do more in us and through us. 

As we look ahead to new adventures, fellowships, and Involved activities, remember this: the Lord can use these moments to help us meet new people. Ask God to give you chances to share your God story—what the Lord has done and is doing in your life. A small spark can start a big fire. God can do great things in us, in our church, and in our community. Now is a great time to join Him in His work.

Psalm 119:49 (Zayin):

“Remember the word to Your servant,

Upon which You have caused me to hope.”

This verse reminds us that God’s word gives us hope. So, I want to encourage you to read the Bible and pray. When you do, the Lord will use His Word to comfort you and give you hope. Let His Word fill your mind and your heart. Then you can help others who need a fresh start with God. Also, talk about Jesus each day and show His love in the way you live. When you do, you can help others find hope in Jesus too.
